Strength: Reformer Strength & Control
A progressive, strength-focused reformer class that blends Pilates principles with modern resistance training. Expect higher loads, slower tempo, and full-body strength development, designed to improve muscle mass, joint resilience, and long-term physical capacity.

Performance: Athletic Pilates - Control + Conditioning
A high-energy, athletic class combining reformer work with functional conditioning. Designed to improve power, coordination, and cardiovascular capacity, this class challenges strength through movement, helping members move better, faster, and for longer.
